Section 90
Provisions related to liquidation
: (1) The work, duties, rights and remuneration of the liquidator of a cooperative organization whose registration has been canceled in accordance with this Act and other provisions related to liquidation shall be as prescribed.
(2) If a liquidator is appointed in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 89, the entire expenses of the liquidation shall be borne by the Government of Nepal.
